Simultaneous Determination of Five Fat-Soluble Vitamins in Infant Formula Milk Powder by Ultra-high Performance Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry

摘要: 建立超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法同时测定婴幼儿配方乳粉中VA、VD3、VK2、VE和β-胡萝卜素含量。结果表明,5 种脂溶性维生素在1~800 ng/mL质量浓度范围内的线性关系良好。高、中、低3 个加标水平下的平均加标回收率为92.0%~108.0%,相对标准偏差为0.4%~2.6%。该方法的定量限为12.5~125 μg/100 g,样品前处理步骤简单,定量分析灵敏度高,检测结果准确性和精密度良好。

Abstract: A method was developed for simultaneous measurement of the levels of vitamins A, D3, K2, E, and β-carotene in infant formula milk powder using ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS). The calibration curves for the five fat-soluble vitamins showed good linearity within the concentration range of 1–800 ng/mL. The average recoveries at three spiked levels were between 92.0% and 108.0% with relative standard deviations (RSDs) ranging from 0.4% to 2.6%. The limits of quantification (LOQs) of this method were 12.5–125 μg/100 g. The proposed method was characterized by simple sample pre-treatment, high quantitative sensitivity, and good accuracy and precision.
