乳汁miRNAs研究进展及其应用价值

摘要: 乳汁是哺乳动物新生个体生长发育的重要物质来源.乳汁中蛋白质、脂类、糖及微量元素等成分被证明是婴儿成长不可缺少的能量来源与免疫保障.近来,多项研究证实乳汁中存在一类小分子RNA——miRNAs.这类生物分子主要参与机体的基因表达调控,从而发挥生理、病理的调控作用.目前,该领域研究集中在乳汁中miRNAs含量水平的检测,但其功能研究尚未见报道.本文就人、牛、鼠等物种乳汁中miRNAs的同源性及其在不同时期乳汁中的含量进行综述.同时,对乳汁miRNAs功能研究进行展望.乳汁miRNAs的深入研究将有助于进一步明确乳汁成分、理解不同成分的功能,为改良配方乳粉等母乳替代品配方及完善相关质量控制标准提供借鉴.

Abstract: Milk is an important source of nutrition for infant growth. Protein, fat, sugar and trace elements in breast milk have been proved to be the sources of energy and immune. Recently, a number of studies have confirmed the presence of a class of small molecule RNAs-miRNAs in milk. Regulations of this class of biological molecules are mainly involved in gene expression, playing a regulatory role in physiology and pathology. At present, researches focused on the detection of miRNAs levels in milk, but its functions have not been known clearly. This review discusses the homology and content of human, bovine and rat miRNAs in breast milk at different lactation periods. At the same time, recent research on milk miRNAs functions is reviewed. The study of miRNAs milk will help to define the components of milk further and understand their functions, so as to provide references for the improvement of formula milk powder.
