益生菌辅助调节头皮健康的研究进展

Abstract: The balance of scalp microecological environment is very important to scalp health. Some scalp disorders may be associated with the imbalance of microbial communities. As beneficial live microorganisms, probiotics can regulate the intestinal flora, and then affect the immune system of the scalp through the gut-skin axis, which have a positive impact on the health of the scalp. Studies have shown that probiotics have the potential to maintain scalp health. This paper summarizes the mechanism of action of probiotics on the skin and their auxiliary role in regulating hair loss and dander.

摘要: 头皮微生态环境的平衡对于头皮健康至关重要。一些头皮疾病可能与微生物群落的失衡有关。益生菌作为一种有益的活性微生物,能够调节肠道菌群,进而通过肠道-皮肤轴这一机制,影响头皮的免疫系统,对头皮健康产生积极的影响。本文综述益生菌作用于皮肤的机理以及对于脱发和头屑的辅助调节作用,表明益生菌具有潜在的维持头皮健康功能。
