摘要： 益生菌是当前大健康市场的关注热点。本文对2 类主要的益生菌，即乳杆菌和双歧杆菌，在皮肤、口腔、 呼吸道、肝胃、肠道和女性生殖道等器官疾病方面的预防和治疗功能活性进行总结，包括动物实验活性、临床实验 活性及相关的作用机制。本文将为益生菌的进一步科学研究以及产品开发提供重要的理论支持。

Abstract: Nowadays, probiotics are a hot concern in the health market. In this paper, the functional activities of the two main probiotics, Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium, in the prevention and treatment of skin, oral, respiratory, liver, gastrointestinal and female genital tract diseases are summarized including the activities in animal experiment and clinical trials and the related mechanisms. This review will provide important theoretical support for further scientific research and product development of probiotics.
