核壳共价有机骨架复合材料用于磁固相萃取牛奶中的阿维菌素

Core-shell covalent organic framework composites for magnetic solid-phase extraction of avermectin in milk samples

摘要: 阿维菌素残留,难以降解,对人体健康存在潜在危害。本文利用溶剂热自组装制备了核壳型共价有机骨架复合材料(Fe3O4@TabDmtp),通过傅里叶红外光谱(Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy,FT-IR)、透射电镜(Transmission Electron Microscope,TEM)、振动样品磁强仪(Vibrating Sample Magnetometer,VSM)等对Fe3O4@TabDmtp吸附剂进行了表征。基于Fe3O4@TabDmtp发展了阿维菌素磁固相萃取技术,详细考察了洗脱溶剂、吸附剂用量、萃取时间和pH等对磁固相萃取效果的影响。在最优的萃取条件下,结合荧光检测方法,建立了阿维菌素磁固相萃取-荧光检测新方法,线性范围为0.02-10 μg/mL,检出限(S/N=3)为0.006 μg/mL,定量限(S/N=10)为0.02 μg/mL。并成功应用于牛奶等食品和环境样品中阿维菌素的检测分析,回收率为88.2-114.8%。

Abstract: Avermectin residues are difficult to degrade and pose potential hazards to human health. The core-shell covalent organic framework composites (Fe3O4@TabDmtp) have been prepared by solvothermal self-assembly method. The Fe3O4@TabDmtp adsorbent were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). Magnetic solid-phase extraction technology for avermectin based on Fe3O4@TabDmtp was developed. The effects of eluent solvent, adsorbent dosage, extraction time and pH on the extraction efficiency were investigated in detail. Under the optimal extraction conditions, a new fluorescent method for avermectin was established with the linear range 0.02-10 μg/mL, the detection limit (S/N=3) 0.007 μg/mL and the quantification limit (S/N=10) 0.02 μg/mL. The method was successfully applied to determinate avermectin in water and milk samples with satisfying recoveries (88.2-117.4%).
