早产/低出生体质量婴儿配方乳粉的稳定性

Stability of formula for preterm/low birth weight infants

摘要: 研究特殊医学用途早产/低出生体质量婴儿配方食品在(37±2)℃,RH(75±5)%条件下加速实验6个月营养素稳定性。结果表明,早产/低出生体质量婴儿配方乳粉中叶酸在加速实验2个月时衰减率达19.12%。生物素在加速实验3个月时的衰减率达14.52%。碘、硒在加速实验3个月时衰减率分别为24.68%、28.12%。氯在加速实验6个月的衰减率为13.47%。胆碱在加速实验期间衰减率最高达21.85%。本加速实验结果表明,早产/低出生体质量婴儿配方乳粉的营养素相对稳定,所有指标含量均符合食品安全国家标准及标签等相关法规标准要求。

Abstract: It was studied the nutritional stability of special medical preterm/low birth weight infant formula under accelerated testing at 37℃ ± 2℃, RH75% ± 5% conditions for 6 months. The results showed that the folic acid decay rate of premature infant formula reached 19.12% for 2 months of accelerated testing. The attenuation rate of biotin reached 14.52% after 3 months of acceleration. The decay rates of iodine and selenium were 24.68% and 28.12% respectively at 3 months of acceleration. The decay rate of chlorine at the acceleration of 6 months was 13.47%. The highest attenuation rate of choline during the accelerated test was 21.85%. In this accelerated testing, the nutrients in the preterm formula were relatively stable, and all indicators met the requirements of national food safety standards and relevant regulatory standards such as labeling. Our results provide data reference and basis for related product development design and shelf life formulation.
