加速试验和长期试验对婴幼儿配方乳粉营养素衰减率影响的对比分析

Comparative Analysis of Nutrient Decay Rate of Infant Formula Milk Powder in Accelerated Test and Long-Term Test

摘要: 参照《婴幼儿配方乳粉产品稳定性研究指南(试行)》中的相关要求与方法,考察婴幼儿配方乳粉在加速试验和长期试验中营养素的衰减情况。结果表明:宏量营养素和脂肪酸在加速试验和长期试验中相对比较稳定,衰减率在5%以内;维生素在加速试验和长期试验中未出现明显衰减,衰减率在10%以内;矿物质中碘指标在加速试验中出现明显衰减,最高衰减率为11.37%,其他矿物质指标未出现明显衰减;可选择成分在加速试验和长期试验中相对比较稳定,衰减率在5%以内。

Abstract: According to the relevant requirements and methods in the "Guidelines for Stability Study of Infant Formula Milk Powder Products (Trial)", investigated the nutrient attenuation of infant formula milk powder in accelerated and long-term tests. The results showed that macronutrients and fatty acids were relatively stable in accelerated and long-term tests, with a decay rate of less than 5%. Vitamins did not show significant attenuation in accelerated and long-term tests, with a decay rate of less than 10%. The iodine index in minerals showed significant attenuation in the accelerated test, with a maximum attenuation rate of 11.37%. Other mineral indicators did not show significant attenuation. The optional components were relatively stable in accelerated and long-term tests, with a decay rate of less than 5%. This study can provide scientific reference for the formula design of infant formula milk powder, selection of packaging materials, determination of storage conditions and shelf life, etc.
