Abstract: With the development of the society and the improvement of living standards, the dairy quality and safety is attracting increasing attention. However, with the extension of the dairy supply chain and the complexion of the participants’ behavior, it is difficult for consumers to get information about the quality and safety of dairy products. As an effective means of dairy quality and safety management, more and more attention has been paid to dairy quality safety traceability system by relevant departments and consumers. This paper is aimed at reviewing the dairy quality and safety situation in our country, expounding the necessity of establishing quality and safety traceability system, analyzing the problems faced by the promotion of system, proposing some ideas on how to build the framework, and put forward some policy suggestions for system construction.

摘要： 随着社会的发展和生活水平的提高,人们对乳品质量安全越来越关注.然而,随着乳品供应链的日益延伸和行为参与人的日渐复杂,消费者很难获取到乳品的质量安全信息.乳品质量安全追溯体系作为乳品质量安全管理的有效手段,越来越受到有关部门和广大消费者的关注.本文针对我国乳品质量安全情况阐述建立质量安全追溯体系的必要性,分析推广乳品质量安全追溯体系所面临的问题,研究搭建乳品质量安全追溯体系框架,并针对体系建设提出一些政策建议.
