Abstract: The present paper reviews the current status of development of China’s dairy industry, analyzes features of development and current problems, and summarizes features of products developed in the year 2010. The last part of this paper explores future trends in the dairy industry.

摘要: 本文综述我国乳制品工业发展现状,对其发展特点及存在问题进行分析,并对2010年我国乳制品新产品开发的特征进行总结。最后,对乳制品工业未来的发展趋势进行展望。
