Abstract: The separation of ingredients from raw milk is an essential step during the production of dairy products. Membrane separation technology has been applied in the dairy processing industry for decades and has increasingly become indispensable in solving some problems such as separation, concentration, sterilization and in developing new dairy products. In this paper, the main applications of membrane separation technology in the dairy industry, including milk standardization, protein separation, whey desalination and waste water utilization are reviewed, in order to provide reference for process selection and optimization.

摘要: 在所有乳制品配料过程中,分离过程对于从液态乳中分离成分相当重要,其中膜分离技术在乳品加工行业已有数十年的应用历史,在解决分离、浓缩、除菌等问题和开发新产品方面,已越来越成为乳制品工艺中不可或缺的一部分。本文综述膜技术在乳品工业的主要应用,包括乳标准化、蛋白分离、乳清脱盐和废水利用等,旨在为工艺选择和工艺优化提供参考依据。
