Nootropic, Antifatigue and Antioxidant Effects of Two Commercial Milk Fat Globule Membranes in Mice

摘要: 以2 种不同的乳脂球膜为原料,以BALB/c雄性小鼠作为动物模型,分别设定2 个不同的乳脂球膜处理组和空白组进行对照,探究不同乳脂球膜对小鼠益智、抗疲劳和抗氧化的改善作用及可能的机制。结果表明:乳脂球膜能够提高小鼠学习认知能力和空间记忆能力,延长小鼠的力竭游泳时间,显著提高糖原含量和改善与疲劳和氧化应激有关的各项指标,表明乳脂球膜有益智功能,可以提高机体的抗氧化能力,具有抗疲劳和抗氧化的营养功能,不同加工处理和含有不同成分的乳脂球膜产品的改善效果存在差异。

Abstract: In this study, the nootropic, antifatigue and antioxidant effects of two commercial milk fat globule membranes (MFGM) in BALB/c male mice were evaluated and the possible mechanisms were elucidated. Normal saline was used a control. The experimental results showed that MFGM could improve learning and cognitive ability spatial memory ability in mice, extend exhaustive swimming time, significantly increase glycogen levels, and greatly improve fatigue- and oxidative stress-related indicators, indicating its nootropic, antifatigue and antioxidant effects. However, the effects of the two MFGMs, which are produced by different methods and have different compositions, were different.
