含低聚半乳糖与2’-岩藻糖基乳糖婴儿配方乳粉体外营养吸收特性

摘要: 探讨低聚半乳糖(galacto-oligosaccharides,GOS)与母乳低聚糖2’-岩藻糖基乳糖(2’-fucosyllactose,2’-FL)联用对婴儿配方乳粉中氨基酸、脂肪酸及矿物质吸收效率的影响。利用动态婴儿胃-十二指肠消化系统进行体外模拟消化,分别在0、30、60、120、180 min取样,以Caco-2细胞模型评价不同消化产物中营养物质的转运比率与表观渗透系数(apparent permeability coefficient,Papp)。结果表明,添加GOS及2’-FL乳粉的营养物质,即总游离氨基酸(28.08%~36.98% vs. 24.81%~33.67%)、丁酸(11.02%~16.80% vs. 9.66%~13.29%)、辛酸(8.22%~14.49% vs. 7.41%~13.03%)、癸酸(7.31%~12.66% vs. 6.21%~11.53%)、钙(12.02%~23.80% vs. 9.66%~19.29%)、锌(9.22%~18.49% vs. 7.41%~15.03%)转运比率及Papp均显著高于未添加组(P<0.05),而铁、镁转运比率及Papp在2 组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。综上,GOS与2’-FL在不依赖调节肠道菌群的情况下可有效提高肠道细胞对婴儿配方乳粉消化液中游离氨基酸、中短链脂肪酸(丁酸、己酸、辛酸、癸酸)及矿物质(钙和锌)的体外吸收效率。
