    Journal of Dairy Science and Technology was founded in 1978. The responsible unit is Bright Food (Group) Co. Ltd., the sponsor is Bright Dairy Co. Ltd., and the co-organizers are the State Key Laboratory of Dairy Biotechnology and China Food Publishing Co.. Journal of Dairy Science and Technology is an official publication published Bimonthly in Chinese with an ISSN number of 1617-5187 and a CN number of 31-1881/S. Journal of Dairy Science and Technology is a comprehensive scientific and technological journal integrating the two major industries of dairy and dairy products and related industries. Journal of Dairy Science and Technology has been continuously selected as the China Core Academic Journal by the China Science Evaluation and Research Center in 2011, 2013, and 2015. Journal of Dairy Science and Technology has been consecutively recognized as Chinese Core Scientific Journal by Institute of Scientific and Technical Information of China (ISTIC) in 2012–2020. Journal of Dairy Science and Technology’s full text is included in British Food Science and Technology Abstracts, Chinese Core Journal Database, Chinese Journal Full-text Database, Chinese Scientific Journal Database and Wanfang Databas.
