我国与欧盟和日本生乳标准中安全指标的对比分析

Abstract: In recent years, the safety of animal original food has become a growing public concern. In order to ensure food safety, China has continuously upgraded relevant standards. Milk is the ideal food for human beings, and raw milk determines the quality and safety of dairy product. In this context, this article reviews and compares the limits for contaminants, mycotoxins, microbial contamination, pesticide residues, and veterinary drug residues in raw milk in China, the European Union, and Japan, and proposes suggestions for improving the raw milk standards in China.

摘要: 近年来,动物源性食品的安全问题越来越受到大众的关注,为保证食品安全,中国不断更新相关标准。牛乳是人类最接近理想的食物,生乳是乳品加工的原料,其质量与安全决定了乳制品的质量与安全。在此背景下,本文综述中国与欧盟、日本对生乳中污染物、真菌毒素、微生物、农药残留、兽药残留的限量标准,对比分析其中的差异,并为完善中国生乳标准提出建议。
