Determination of Inositol in Formula Foods for Special Medical Purposes by Ion Chromatography

离子色谱法测定特殊医学用途配方食品中肌醇

Abstract: Ion chromatography was used to determine the inositol content in formula foods for special medical purposes. The sample was acidified by hydrochloric acid to precipitate proteins, and inositol was dissolved in the supernatant and then detected with an amperometric detector. The results showed that the peak area was linearly related to the concentration of inositol in the range of 0.025 to 40.000 mg/L with a correlation coefficient (R2) of 0.999 9. The detection limit and quantitation limit were 0.125 and 0.5 mg/100 g, respectively. The average recovery of inositol was 83.1%–102.9% at different spiked levels. The method was proved to be simple, sensitive reproducible and suitable for the determination of inositol in formula foods for special medical purposes.

摘要: 采用离子色谱法建立特殊医学用途配方食品中肌醇含量的检测方法。样品经盐酸酸化沉淀蛋白后,肌醇溶解于上清液,经安培检测器检测。结果表明:样品中肌醇在质量浓度0.025~40.000 mg/L范围内,峰面积与质量浓度呈线性,线性相关系数(R2)为0.999 9;检出限及定量限分别为0.125、0.5 mg/100 g;在不同的添加水平下,肌醇的平均加标回收率为83.1%~102.9%。该方法操作简便、灵敏度高、重复性好,适用于特殊医学用途配方食品中肌醇的测定。
