我国儿童食品营养素添加情况调研分析

Abstract: At present, there are an increasing variety of foods for children marketed in our country. This survey targets foods clearly labelled as being for children, mainly including dairy products, beverages, noodles, pickles, and meat floss. In this paper, we analyze the list of ingredients and the nutritional facts on the packaging of those foods. Our results show that the majority of foods clearly labelled as being for children discriminate themselves from ordinary foods by nutritional reinforcement, some by reduced sodium content and others are labelled as being for children although having the same nutrients as ordinary foods. Based on these results, we put forward some suggestions for the formulation of regulations on foods for children in China.

摘要: 目前,我国市场上针对儿童的食品越来越多,本次调研选取明确标示“儿童”字样的食品,主要涉及乳品、饮料、面条、榨菜和肉松,对产品配料表和营养成分表进行分析。结果表明:大部分标示“儿童”字样的食品通过营养强化来体现其与普通食品的区别,部分产品则通过降低钠含量与普通食品进行区分,也有部分产品的营养成分和普通食品完全一样,但却明确标示其为儿童食品。本研究针对调研结果,对我国儿童食品法规的制订提出了建议。
