Abstract: There is a considerable gap between China and other big countries which have large dairy products consumption in the development and implementation of milk and dairy products standards. This article analyzes the constitution, current situation and features of ISO (International Standardization Organization) standards of milk and dairy products. Moreover, a comparison of China’s milk and dairy products standard system with ISO’s is described.

摘要: 我国和其他乳类生产、消费大国在乳与乳制品标准的制定和实施方面存在着很大的差距.本文通过收集整理国际标准化组织(international standardization organization,ISO)乳与乳制品相关标准,对ISO乳与乳制品标准体系的构成、现状及特点进行了介绍和剖析,并与我国乳与乳制品标准体系现状进行了对比分析.
