Abstract: Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) was used to develop a method to determine phthalate acid esters in milk-containing beverages. Meanwhile, a mathematical model for uncertainty assessment for the GC-MS determination was established. The major sources of uncertainty were analyzed, and the standard, synthetic and expanded uncertainties were determined to evaluate the applicability of the method. The expanded uncertainty was found to be 0.038. Furthermore, GC-MS measurement repeatability and sample pretreatment contributed most to uncertainty.

摘要: 建立含乳饮料中邻苯二甲酸酯的气质联用检测法及其不确定度评定的数学模型,分析测试过程中不确定度的主要来源,评估标准不确定度、合成不确定度和扩展不确定度的数值,通过不确定度的分析结果来评定该方法的适用性。结果表明,气质联用法测定含乳饮料中邻苯二甲酸酯过程中扩展不确定度为0.038,分析表明仪器分析过程、前处理影响因子对引入不确定度贡献最大。
