Abstract: In recent years,the rapid development of dairy industry has highlighted its growing importance in the national economy of our country.As the quality and safety of dairy food is the lifeblood of the dairy industry,dairy food safety problems will affect the development of the national economy.In recent years,the occurrence of dairy food safety incidents seriously affected the healthy development of market economy.Therefore,it is urgent to solve the problem of dairy food safety.Being relatively more perfect,Australia's dairy food safety management system is analyzed in this paper in order to put forward some suggestions to solve those problems restricting the healthy development of China's dairy industry.

摘要： 近年来,随着乳业的发展,乳业在我国国民经济中的地位越来越重要。乳业食品质量安全是乳业的命脉,其安全问题会影响国家经济的发展。然而,近年来出现的乳业食品安全事件严重影响市场经济的健康发展。因此,解决乳业食品安全问题已经刻不容缓。他山之石,可以攻玉。澳大利亚乳业食品相对较安全,本文通过对澳大利亚乳业食品安全管理体系进行分析,提出解决制约我国乳业食品健康发展中存在问题的相对措施及建议。
