Abstract: Lactobacilus acidophilus is a kind of probiotics with great commercial value. The high cell density fermentation of Lactobacilus acidophilus has important application value for its industrial production. In this paper, we review the nutritional requirements of Lactobacilus acidophilus, its strategies for adapting to a freezing environment and its high cell density fermentation, aiming to provide theoretical reference for the production of Lactobacilus acidophilus.

摘要: 嗜酸乳杆菌是一种具有重要商业价值的益生菌,嗜酸乳杆菌的高密度发酵技术对于该菌的工业化生产有重要应用价值。本文对嗜酸乳杆菌的营养需求、冷冻环境适应策略以及高密度发酵探索等方面的研究进行综述,旨在为嗜酸乳杆菌的生产提供理论参考。
