Abstract

Abstract: Obesity has become one of the most prevalent diseases worldwide that seriously threatens human health. Obesity is closely related to variations in the gut microbiota. Probiotics have potential for obesity treatment as they play an important role in regulating the balance of intestinal flora and improving the immunity of the body. This paper reviews the current status of research on the mechanisms of action of probiotics in animal models of obesity induced by different factors so as to provide useful information for clinical trials and applications of probiotics.

摘要： 肥胖已成为严重威胁人类健康的全球性疾病之一，肠道菌群组成的改变与肥胖密切相关。由于益生菌在调节肠道菌群平衡、提高机体免疫力方面具有重要功能，因此益生菌为肥胖治疗带来可能。本文从作用机制、不同动物模型等角度综述近年来益生菌在肥胖模型中的研究现状，为益生菌在临床实验和实际中的应用提供参考。
