Abstract: This paper describes the effect of dietary nucleotides on the gastrointestinal tract in infants, the absorption and metabolism of nucleotides in the body, and makes a comparison of the nucleotide content of human milk and cow’s milk. Compared to breast milk, the contents of nucleotides and their derivatives in cow’s milk is lower, and can not meet an infant's nutritional requirements.

摘要: 本文阐述了膳食核苷酸对婴幼儿胃肠道的作用,分析了核苷酸在体内的吸收和代谢过程,并对母乳和牛乳中的核苷酸含量作了比较分析.与母乳相比,牛乳中的核苷酸及其衍生物含量较低,不能满足婴幼儿的需要.
