Abstract: Based on the basic method and procedure for uncertainty evaluation, a mathematical model was established to estimate the uncertainty in determining phosphorus content in infant formula milk powder by spectrophotometry. Uncertainty components in the measurement process were analyzed individually and synthesized. The phosphorus content in a commercial sample of infant formula milk powder was 180.5 mg/100 g, and the expanded uncertainty was calculated as being 3.3 mg/100 g.

摘要: 运用测量不确定度的基本方法和程序,建立分光光度法测定婴幼儿配方乳粉中磷含量的测量不确定度评定的数学模型,对测量过程中的不确定度来源进行逐项分析和合成,得出分光光度法测定婴幼儿配方乳粉中磷含量的不确定度评定结果.结果表明:当婴幼儿配方乳粉中的磷含量为180.5mg/100g时,扩展不确定度为3.3mg/100g.
