Abstract: Nowadays, the dairy industry has gradually developed into large-scale production from the traditional mode. With expanding farming scale, construction of dairy farms in high temperature and high humidity areas is becoming increasingly important. The infrastructure conditions directly affect the milk quality and economical benefit of breeding and reproduction of cows. This paper analyzes the design of dairy farms based on site selection, building construction, ventilation, cooling and epidemic prevention, aiming to alleviate, to some extent, the negative impact on cow breeding of high temperature and high humidity so as to improve the breeding benefit.

摘要: 现阶段的奶牛养殖业已逐渐由过去传统生产方式向规模化的生产发展,而随着养殖规模逐渐扩大,高温高湿地区奶牛场建设的重要性日益突出,基础设计的好坏,直接影响到奶牛的牛奶质量、养殖和生产繁殖的经济效益.本文从场地选择、奶牛场建筑物的建设两方面剖析奶牛场的设计,从通风、防暑降温和防疫等方面进行探讨,以期能够在一定程度上缓解高温高湿对奶牛养殖带来的负面影响,从而提高养殖效益.
