Abstract: This paper describes a Reinecke,s salt colorimetric method for the determination of choline in formula milk powder for infants and young children. The detection limit of the method was 5 mg/100 g. It was easy to operate, sensitive, stable and overcame some disadvantages of traditional methods such as tediousenss and expensive instrumnets. Thus, this method can provide a new approach for determining choline in formula milk powder for infants and young children as well as other similar products.

摘要： 研究雷氏盐比色法对婴幼儿配方乳粉中胆碱含量的测定。该方法操作简单,稳定性好,回收率高,能克服传统方法中繁琐、仪器设备昂贵等缺陷和不足。
