Detection of 7 Additives in Dairy Products by High Performance Liquid Chromatography

高效液相色谱法检测乳制品中7种添加剂

Abstract: A method for detecting acesulfame-K, saccharin sodium, benzoic acid, sorbic acid, dehydroacetic acid, methyl vanillin and ethyl vanillin in dairy products by using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) is described. The sample was deproteinated and filtered, then separated on a C18 column with a mobile phase made up of methanol and ammonium acetate solution, and detected for absorbance at 230 nm. The seven substances were completely separated within 35 min. Their calibration curves were linear in the range of 1–100 mg/kg with correlation coefficients (R2) all above 0.999 0 under the selected conditions, and the recovery of the proposed method was 80.0% –105.7%. The method proved to be rapid, simple, and reliable.

摘要: 建立乳制品中安赛蜜、糖精钠、苯甲酸、山梨酸、脱氢乙酸、甲基香兰素和乙基香兰素同时检测的高效液相色谱分析方法.样品经沉淀剂沉淀蛋白过滤后使用C18反相色谱柱分离,以甲醇-乙酸铵水溶液为流动相梯度洗脱,紫外检测器检测,检测波长230 nm下7种物质在35 min之内完全分离,在选定的条件下相关系数均大于0.999 0,线性范围1~100 mg/kg,回收率为80.0%~105.7%.
